The Faculty of Agriculture discussed a master’s thesis on the effect of benzyl adenine and organic fertilizer Horti boost 10 and the percentage of shading on the vegetative and root growth of seedlings of Myrtus communis, by student Lanaga Muhammad Saeed, and the supervision of Dr. Alaa Hussein Abdul Qadir. The study included knowing the effect of three factors on the first factor, the percentage of shading (50% inside the wooden canopy and shading with Saran green clip 75%), and the second factor has three levels of benzyl adenine growth regulator at concentrations of 0.35, 70 mg l. The study concluded, that the interaction between benzyl adenine and organic fertilizer (10 Horti boost) at concentration 70 mg.l of benzyl adenine and 2 ml of organic fertilizer at 75% shading level had the best significant effect on most vegetative and root growth traits.
