The College of Law and Political Science discussed the master's thesis tagged with the prohibition of special courts and the supervision of the Federal Supreme Court, a comparative study. M. Dr.. Akab Ahmed Muhammad, to explain the concept of special courts, and to explain their historical roots, and to distinguish them from others, as well as a statement of the position of international conventions and conferences on the establishment of these courts, and exposure to the constitutional judiciary’s control over special courts, and a statement of the applications of special courts. And the study concluded, that the special courts Courts that are established on a permanent basis to implement a specific law, or to try certain persons, and membership in them is not limited to judges, but includes in its membership civilian or military persons.
