The rules of international law, ways to achieve cyber security and the challenges of applying international law to it. The study concluded that cyber security is one of the important and thorny issues at the same time, as it relates to developments related to the development in the technical and technological field, and that the goal of cyber security is to secure networks, devices and information The study recommended the need to legislate a law on cyber security based on the texts of the Tallinn Guide, which regulates the use of cyberspace in the fight against cybercrime and cyber-attacks by taking the necessary measures to curb these crimes .
