The College of Education for Pure Sciences discussed a master’s thesis on the study of the structural and magnetic properties of nickel-cobalt nanoparticles prepared by the solution-gel method by spontaneous combustion, by Avin Aref Ali and under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Sabah Muhammad Ali. Self-combustion gels and annealing of samples at different temperatures, in addition to studying the structural properties of all models by conducting X-ray diffraction test, Fourier transform infrared test (FTIR), field emission examination, scanning electron microscope (FE_SEM), and studying the magnetic properties using the magnetic vibration device VSM.The study concluded that The structural properties of all the annealed models change with the change of temperature and the increase in the concentration of nickel, and that all the samples with the composition of a single-phase cubic spinel and of a nano-size.
