A master's thesis at the College of Law and Political Science at the University of Kirkuk discussed criminal responsibility for digital drugs / a comparative study by the student, Nahida Muhammad Ahmed, and under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Nawzad Ahmed Yassin. The objective aspects of each of the abuse, promotion and trafficking of digital drugs and what is the position of national and international laws on them. The study concluded that digital drugs are a real and existing phenomenon despite not taking sufficient public space, especially in our country Iraq, as it is something new and developed, and is used as a new criminal type on the Theatre of electronic information technology. The researcher recommended the Iraqi legislator to enact criminal legislation to criminalize the phenomenon of digital drugs through its own laws or to include it within the texts of electronic crime laws, and the readiness of the legislator to combat everything contained in this phenomenon.nahidaa1
