A teacher at the College of Law and Political Science at the University of Kirkuk, Dr. Hussein Talal Malallah Al-Azzawi, published a book entitled "Discriminatory Control of the Supreme Administrative Court in Iraq" issued by the House of Legal Books Egypt - Emirates, Shatat Publishing House.Al-Tarisi said, "The book combined treatments between the folds of public law and the contents of private law and in everything related to litigation procedures before the Supreme Administrative Court and its control over the administrative courts in Iraq and its multiple powers in this field.
