A Lecturer at the College of Agriculture participates as a member of the master’s thesis discussion committee at Saladin University

The lecturer and head of the Department of Forestry Sciences at the College of Agriculture, University of Kirkuk, Professor Dr. Shaheen Abbas Mustafa, participated as a member of the discussion committee for a master’s thesis by student Bajar Hassan Hamid, Department of Plant Protection, College of Agricultural Engineering Sciences, Saladin University.
The Lecturer explained, "The thesis he discussed dealt with taxonomic studies of some hemipteran insects in some regions of Iraqi Kurdistan...a survey of insects."
The Lecturer stated that the study concluded that two modern types of seed bugs were identified in these areas and were recorded for the first time in Iraq by the Natural History Museum in Baghdad.
He added, "The study recommended conducting a comprehensive survey of other genera and types of insects belonging to other families in the study areas."
