A lecturer participates in the committee discussing a doctoral dissertation at the University of Basra

The lecturer at the College of Agriculture, University of Kirkuk, Professor Dr. Hussein Dhahir Taher, participated as a member of the committee discussing the doctoral dissertation of the student Aqeel Jonny Nasser, College of Agriculture, University of Basra.

the lecturer explained, “The dissertation he discussed dealt with the study of the design and manufacture of a compound soil preparation machine and the evaluation of its mechanical performance and its effect on some soil properties and growth indicators and yield of yellow corn.”

the lecturer added, "The study concluded that using the T1 compound tillage machine at the forward speed of 1.5 km/h-1 improves most of the soil properties, in addition to increasing the plant yield, in addition to improving the costs of the soil preparation process compared to other tillage treatments."
