The University of Kirkuk is holding an international conference on writing and blogging through historical ages

The Faculty of Arts, in cooperation with the Faculty of Arts at the University of Somma, Tunisia, and the Herodotus Foundation for Human Sciences in Algeria, held an international conference on the emergence and development of writing and blogging throughout the historical ages in the world, which was held in the city of Hammamet, Tunisia, with the participation of a number of researchers and specialists from various Arab countries.The conference aimed to review the most important ancient historical blogs, and the importance of blogging through the ages to document the cultural value that was formed throughout the historical ages, as well as to prepare for work on scientific twinning between the corresponding Iraqi and Arab scientific departments.And the Dean of the Faculty of Arts at the University of Kirkuk, Professor Dr. Omar Najm al-Din Anja, pointed out the importance of scientific cooperation with Arab universities, especially in holding conferences and scientific activities, as it contributes to the exchange of ideas and visions between universities and the exchange of available experiences.The participation of the Faculty of Arts at the University of Kirkuk in the conference came with the submission of more than 15 essay research papers delivered by the Head of the History Department, Dr. Dilshad Omar Abdul Aziz, and Dr. Salah Oreibi Abbas, during which they showed the historical importance of the city of Kirkuk, as well as the emergence and development of writing and historical codification through ages.writing1
