The Dean of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Kirkuk, Dr. Muhammad Ahmed Saber, published a scientific research entitled (The Impact of Governance on the Social Responsibility of Sports Institutions in Kirkuk Governorate), in the (SPORT TK-EuroAmerican) magazine for sports sciences, which is classified within the Scopus container.Dr. Muhammad Ahmed stated, "The research aimed to identify the level of governance and its effectiveness within sports institutions, and the level of social responsibility for workers within sports institutions in Kirkuk Governorate, using the descriptive approach (survey), and taking 176 individuals as a sample for the study using the comprehensive inventory method of sports clubs and federations and the committee Olympic".He added that the research, which was published in partnership with Dr. Shaima Mohamed Ibrahim, a teacher at the Faculty of Physical Education for Girls at Alexandria University, came within the framework of joint cooperation between Iraqi universities and Arab universities in the field of scientific research.
