The Faculty of Law and Political Science discussed the doctoral dissertation tagged Balance in Responsibility between Administration and Individuals, a comparative study, by the student, Sakar Hussein Kakah Md, and the supervision of a. M. Dr.. Aladdin Muhammad Hamdan.The study aimed to demonstrate the extent to which there is a balance between management and the individual in assigning responsibility to each of them, in terms of discipline, criminal or civil, by developing a clear perception about the reality of the relationship between management and individuals, and the reasons affecting the relationship, as well as a statement The reasons for the tyranny of the administration over the individual and the rebellion of the individual against the administration and the laws. The study concluded that it is not sufficient to have legal texts that lead to imposing punishment on the responsible party, whether it is the administration or individuals. Achieving balance and having sufficient guarantees such as solid legislative texts and their fair implementation.
