The Faculty of Law and Political Science discussed the doctoral dissertation studying criminal policy in light of globalization / a comparative study by the student Zainab Mahmoud Hussein, and the supervision of a. Hence, the concept of criminal policy in the capitalist system had a meaning that differs from it in the socialist system, as it is in the capitalist system and based on the goal of this system to protect the interests of The individual and his rights, so we see it occupy a place between social policy and criminal policy.The researcher recommended that if the legislator enacts a special criminal legislation to confront the illegal activities, which respond to informatics, he must look at the information and treat it as money on the grounds that it is moral money equal in importance to material money, and provides it with objective criminal protection from attacking it, with Taking into account that this protection does not conflict with what guarantees the free flow of information and access to it, and calls on the Iraqi legislator to expedite the enactment of texts related to information technology crimes.zeynab1
