The study concluded that external interference is the intervention of the state in The internal affairs of another country in an authoritarian manner or intervention to settle disputes and intervention by force, and international intervention is a tool that has existed since ancient times because there is no comprehensive, preventive and unified definition of jurists, so as not to prevent them from anything that might be seen as a distraction, and that the multiplicity of regional and international parties involved in resolving the Syrian crisis It contributes to complicating the crisis and weakening the capabilities of the regime.
