A master’s thesis at the College of Law and Political Science discussed traffic administrative control in Iraq / a comparative study, by student Nibras Saadi Maree, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Sami Hassan Najm. The study concluded that the traffic administrative control is a set of preventive measures and measures imposed by the traffic authorities and agencies competent to implement traffic and traffic rules, on individuals in accordance with the rules and regulations. Legal provisions created by the Traffic Law, with the aim of regulating their activities within the scope of public roads, in order to ensure the public safety of citizens.
