University of Kirkuk discusses immunological and molecular detection of women's papillomavirus

The College of Science discussed a master's thesis tagged "immunological and molecular detection of human papillomavirus in women with recurrent miscarriages in the city of Kirkuk" by student Raghda Walid Khaled, and the supervision of the teaching assistant, Yasser Hamad, Prof. Muhannad Abdullah Al-Azzawi.The study aimed The study included the collection of blood samples and vaginal swabs from 114 women suffering from recurrent miscarriage in the age group (20-45 years) as well as 36 samples from healthy women who have given birth. The study concluded that 39.02% of the women who had 3 abortions were in the age group 30-39 years, and 67.65% of the women who had 4 abortions were in the age group less than 30 years while 46.15% of women with a history of 5 recurrent miscarriages and over 40 years of age and above.ragd1
