A study conducted at the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Kirkuk, by Prof. Dr. Rashid Hassan Hamid Al-Dalawi, was published in one of the international journals and classified within Scopus containers. Al-Dalawi explained, that the published research is extracted from a doctoral thesis of student Hayam Mahmoud Ahmed, which included a study of the synergistic effect of the synergistic metabolism of betaine and taurine with Industrial methionine on the productive performance and some carcass characteristics of broilers. Al-Dalawi added, that the study concluded that when adding betaine and taurine with industrial methionine led to significant differences between treatments treated with compounds and with a control treatment with regard to weight gain and feed consumption, and a decrease in the food conversion factor, As for the characteristics of the main cuts carcass (thigh, chest), it was found that treatments 3.4 were significantly superior to treatments 6.7.
