Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Hussein Ali - Dean of College of Basic Education at University of Kirkuk – has participated in the discussion of a doctoral thesis by the researcher Saad Abdul Mutlaq Hammoud in  the College of Education for Human Sciences at the University of Tikrit, where, the dissertation entitled 'Iraq and Syria in the writings of the British orientalist De Lacy O'Leary".

The study has received the approval of the discussion  committee and they  decided to grant the researcher a doctorate in the field of (Modern and Contemporary History).It is worth mentioning that the Dean of College of Basic Education has  participated in many master and doctoral thesis discussions as well as his evaluation of scientific researches.
