A book was issued at the University of Kirkuk by a group of teachers in the College of Agriculture, Professor Dr. Karim Abdullah Hassan Al-Bayati, Professor Dr. Khattab Abdullah Muhammad Al-Jubouri, Dr. Kota Anwar Muhammad, and Assistant Professor Basira Abdullah Ahmed, on good citizenship and human rights.
