Head of the Field Crops Department at the College of Agriculture, member of the committee discussing a doctoral thesis at the University of Baghdad

The lecturer and head of the Field Crops Department at the College of Agriculture, Professor Dr. Khattab Abdullah Muhammad al-Jubouri, participated as a member of the committee discussing the doctoral thesis of the student Ahmed Thuwaini Hadum, College of Agricultural Engineering Sciences, University of Baghdad.

Al-Jubouri explained that the thesis he discussed dealt with the study of building a model to activate the participatory leadership approach to the agricultural extension system in Iraq.

He added that the study aimed to identify the reality of managers’ practice of participatory leadership of the agricultural extension system in Iraq from the point of view of agricultural extension workers, as well as to diagnose the determinants that hinder managers’ practice of participatory leadership of the agricultural extension system in Iraq.
