The University of Kirkuk has a policy to combat administrative and financial corruption and eliminate bribery.

The policy of the University of Kirkuk is a policy to eliminate financial and administrative corruption within the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. It directed the faculties to work on this methodology in cooperation and coordination with the External Oversight Department to audit financial documents and disbursements within the authorities granted to the university faculties and to open the complaints box in all faculties and the University in addition to conducting educational awareness activities in the University and its departments to reduce and eliminate the phenomenon of financial corruption.
