The University of Kirkuk/ Presidency Office/ Department of Scientific Affairs/ Division of Missions and Cultural Relations announces the launch of free scholarships for non-Iraqi, Arab or foreign students to pursue their master's degree based on the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research official letter issued on 04/21/2022, and in accordance with the section 26, item Fifth/General Provisions.

The following recommendations are made:
- - The applicants must have an A-level or equivalent qualification in high school and an official proof is required.
- - His initial certificate is subject to scientific review and comparison after completing the initial studies in the same specialization.
- - The age of the applicant should not be more than 45 years.
- - According to the electronic application form provided in the link below, the deadline for submission is Augast 1, 2022.
- - The beginning date of the study is determined based on the annual calendar issued by Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
- - Candidates will be notified of their acceptance no later than Augast 15, 2022, in order to complete the final admission requirements.
- - All applications that do not meet the conditions and do not provide the required documents are disregarded, and the university does not bear any legal consequences.
The university is responsible to provide the following services:
- - Free University housing for the student, without his family.
- - Free tuition.
