Scholarship Program

• The Presidency of the University of Kirkuk / Department of Scholarships and Cultural Relations announces the launch of scholarships for non-Iraqi Arab and foreign students for those wishing to complete their postgraduate studies (Master’s or PhD) for the academic year 2023/2024 for various disciplines, where limited seats are available as scholarships according to the schedule and conditions shown below:

Free Scholarship Program for Non-Iraqi Graduate Students-University of Kirkuk-Kirkuk-Iraq

The following recommendations are made: 

• • 1- The applicants for the scholarships must be non-Iraqi citizens from Arab or foreign countries.
  • 2- Submission of a high school certificate or its equivalent degree is required with an authenticated bachelor's transcript for applicants for a master's degree.
  • 3- Submission of authenticated bachelor and master degrees transcripts for applicants of a doctoral degree.
  • 4- The applicant for postgraduate studies must have completed preliminary studies in the same specialty, and his initial certificate is subject to scientific evaluation and comparison.
  • 5- The study begins according to the university calendar adopted by the Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, which is also announced on the University website.
  • 6- Candidates will be notified of admission no later than Saturday (July 1^st 2023) in order to complete all the final admission requirements.
  • 7- All applications that do not meet the conditions or the required documents will be neglected, and the university does not bear any legal consequences.
  • 8- The university undertakes to provide university housing for the student only without his family, in addition to exempting him from the academic tuition fees along with the fees for the language course.
