The Faculty of medicinal and industrial plants at the University of Kirkuk recorded a scientific achievement, after a research team headed by the dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Khalid Khalil Ahmed, was able to manufacture an advanced agricultural machine equipped with special types of Tufts for spraying medicinal plants. The researchers stressed that this innovation will contribute to strengthening the college's position as a leading center in the field of applied research supporting the agricultural and pharmaceutical sector, as well as it represents a pioneering step towards transforming research ideas into concrete practical solutions. It is worth mentioning that the project, which came with the membership of Dr. Amer Najat Najmuddin kakeh Yi and Mardin Hussein Rahim, is working to reduce the cost of production, improve the quality of medicinal plants, and increase their pharmacological effectiveness.
