A new scientific author has been published for teaching at the Faculty of law and political science at the University of Kirkuk, M.M. Aram ghaiballah Kader, entitled: proportionality between the violation and the disciplinary punishment and the role of the administrative judiciary in controlling it, about the Arab Center for scientific studies and research.The teacher recalled that the author dealt with disciplinary punishment as one of the necessary things in the field of public office, because it is an important means to prevent the employee's complacency in performing his work, and to put an end to the mistakes committed by him, and the goal of all this is to ensure the proper functioning of the administration and the work of the public facility regularly and steadily.
