The Faculty of law and Political Sciences discusses a doctoral dissertation on the role of the constitutional judiciary in protecting economic identity

In the presence of the minister of Justice, Dr. Khalid Shawani, the president of the University of Kirkuk, Prof. Dr. Imran Jamal Hassan, the Scientific Assistant to the president of the University, and a number of deans of colleges, the doctoral thesis at the Faculty of law and political science at the University of Kirkuk discussed the role of the constitutional judiciary in protecting the economic identity of the state / comparative study.The thesis presented by the researcher Sarwa Sharif Mohammed Saleh aimed to determine the content of the economic identity of the state as an important basis for the work of legislative, executive and judicial state institutions to know the role played by states in managing the economic affairs in a way that achieves the stability of the state.

The thesis concluded that the Constitution of the Republic of Iraq for a year ٢٠٠٥ did not clearly state the nature of the new economic system of Iraq.
