The dean of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences Dr. Muhammad Ahmed Saber, published an international research in an international journal, entitled “Incentives and their role in the functional performance of sports federations in Kirkuk from the point of view of the members of the sports federations,” the journal classified within the Scopus index, the International Journal of Disabilities Sports and Health Science. The Dean of the College stated that the research aimed to identify the level of incentives among members of sports federations in Kirkuk; to identify the level of their job performance, and the relationship between incentives and the job performance of members. The study concluded that there is a statistically significant relationship between incentives and job performance among members of sports federations in Kirkuk.
