The University of Kirkuk participates in a training course on preparing the national assessor for institutional accreditation

The University of Kirkuk participated in a ministerial training course on preparing the national assessor for institutional accreditation, which was held at Al-Ameed University in Holy Karbala with the participation of public and private universities.The Director of the Quality Assurance Department at the University of Kirkuk, Dr. Abdul Hakim Shakur Muhammad, said that the course aims to prepare and qualify residents for institutional accreditation according to the eight Iraqi national standards related to (the strategic plan, governance, and management, financial and material resources, students, faculty members, curricula, and scientific research, as well as community service).The course also emphasized that the participant should be able to play the effective role of the national evaluator in granting institutional accreditation and evaluating data from educational institutions on accreditation standards in accordance with Iraqi national standards. It is worth noting that the session was attended by Dr. Abdul Hakim Shakur Muhammad, Professor Dr. Diaa Sarhan Khalaf, and Dr. Ali Ihsan Salahuddin from the University of Kirkuk.
