The Dean of the Faculty of Arts at the University of Kirkuk, Professor Dr. Omar Najm al-Din Anjeh, participated in the international forum on women's empowerment, which was held in Kirkuk Governorate with the participation of researchers and specialists.Dr. Omar Najm El-Din explained the role of women in society, such as self-confidence and perseverance in work and production, during his speech at the forum. She is the mother and leader who can raise the young men and women of society correctly. That is why women's roles are some of the most influential in society.The forum recommended the need to raise awareness among individuals and groups about the importance of empowering women politically and socially, enhancing their role and participation in formal and informal peace negotiations, and increasing their representation in decision-making positions.
