The two faculty members at the College of Administration and Economics, Assistant Professor Dr. Younis Khader Al-Sabawi, and the instructor, Hisham Abdullah Hamad, participated in the eleventh international scientific conference at the University of Human Development in Sulaymaniyah. The participation included the presentation of two papers, the first on achieving outstanding performance through the requirements of strategic leadership, an exploratory study of the opinions of a sample of administrative leaders at Tikrit University, and the second on the pillars of knowledge management and its role in enhancing the dimensions of the competitive spectrum - an exploratory study in pharmaceutical companies in The city of Sulaymaniyah (Pioneer Company and Rasan Company).
