Al-Taridi indicated that his lecture included several topics, including an introduction to the importance of studying the science and foundations of reproduction, the main methods of reproduction, methods of vegetative reproduction, reproduction by cuttings and pens, reproduction by laying and the disadvantages of this method, reproduction by grafting, its purpose, and the factors affecting the coalescence of the bait with the original, And grafting by bud, and reproduction by installation. The teacher explained, “The three-day course came within the indicative program supporting the program of multiplication of fruit varieties within its annual plan, in cooperation with the Directorate of Agriculture / Hawija Agriculture Division, and the Horticultural Department, and 27 trainees from various agricultural formations in the governorate participated in it. and the districts and sub-divisions thereof.
