A lecturer at the Faculty lectures in a functional training course on integrated management in the design and implementation of irrigation systems.

Professor Hussain Thahir Tahir, a lecturer at the College of Agriculture, University of Kirkuk, participated as a lecturer in the functional training course organized by the Agricultural Extension and Training Center in cooperation with the Kirkuk Agriculture Directorate, on integrated management in the design and implementation of irrigation systems, as part of its guidance program to spread seeds of strategic crops that tolerate salinity and drought using modern irrigation methods. The lecturer explained that his lecture included the following topics: irrigation and water requirements for crops, drip irrigation, evaluation of the drip irrigation system, practical applications for evaluating the drip irrigation system, sprinkler irrigation, evaluation of the fixed sprinkler irrigation system, pivot sprinkler irrigation, and evaluation of the pivot sprinkler irrigation system.
