A lecturer at Kirkuk University participates in the TOT training course on teaching methods.

The lecturer and rapporteur of the Animal Production Department at the College of Agriculture, Assistant Professor Dr. Ismail Younis Hassan Al-Hadidi, participated in the Preparation of Trainers (TOT) course, the fifth session held by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research / Department of Development and Human Development, in cooperation with the Center for Continuing Education at the University of Baghdad, for a period of 20/ 4/2024 until 5/17/2024 2024, to prepare TOT trainers in teaching methods towards blended learning according to the updated curriculum, with the participation of 100 teachers from various Iraqi universities.

Al-Hadidi explained that the course aimed to prepare trainers to develop teaching methods courses towards blended learning according to the updated curriculum, and included intensive lessons on several topics, including instructional design, methods of measurement and feedback, the use of soft skills in teaching, facilitation strategies, preparing training packages, and other topics that enhance the quality of training.
