Researchers from the College of Agriculture, University of Kirkuk, Assistant Professor Dr. Qana Hussen Amin, Dr. Mohammed Abdulraheem Mohammed, and Asst. Lect. Ahmed Ghafour Bakr, and from the Directorate of Agricultural Research, Department of Animal Production in Sulaymaniyah, Dr. Ahmed Sami Shaker, published a joint research in an Egyptian Journal of Veterinary Sciences, which is classified within Scoops containers. The research team explained that their study dealt with the effect of adding dried Azolla plant powder to the Japanese quail diet during the production stage on the production and quality characteristics of the eggs. The research team added that their study concluded that adding 8% of Azolla plant powder with enzymes to the quail diet led to improved productivity and egg quality characteristics.
