Deans and Lecturers from the Faculties of Agriculture, Arts, and Hawija Agriculture from the University of Kirkuk participate in the National Green Education Conference

Under the patronage and presence of His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Yasser Al-Aboudi, the work of the National Conference on Green Education was opened today, under the slogan “Sustainable Future through Green Education”, which is organized by the Al-Mustaqbal and Al-Farahidi private universities, and over two days, February 19-20, 2024, the first day of the opening in Baghdad, while the rest The conference activities will take place at Al-Mustaqbal University in Babil Governorate, in the presence of representatives of Iraqi universities, UNESCO, the Presidency of the Iraqi Parliament, the Ministry of Education, the British Council, the World Bank, and the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education for Scientific Research.

The Dean of the College of Agriculture, Assistant Professor Dr. Osama Ibrahim Ahmed, explained that the conference aims to present the scientific outputs of universities and colleges that highlight successful initiatives in green education and sustainable scientific research.
