Believing in humanitarian volunteer work... The University of Kirkuk holds a cultural festival for its students.

The President of the University of Kirkuk, Prof. Dr. Omran Jamal Hassan, in the presence of the Scientific Assistant to the President for Scientific Affairs, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Abd Ibrahim, and the Dean of the College of Science, Dr. Nima Ali Ahmed, inaugurated a cultural festival for handicrafts and plastic arts organized by the Women’s Empowerment Division at the university in cooperation with the Faculties of Science and Law, with the participation of the Golden Fingers for volunteer work and a large number of university students.During the opening of the exhibition, the University President said, "The festival aims to develop students' abilities and artistic talents to motivate them to develop their artistic and creative side, which reflects positively on their scientific and academic level by creating space within the study atmosphere to practice their activities and hobbies." The festival included a number of works, handicrafts, and paintings expressing the creativity of students, as well as charitable handicrafts in support of cancer patients.
