Thus, the University of Kirkuk‘s vision is to achieve justice by obtaining equality in education for both genders to build cultural and economic development in the society, and a society cannot exist without achieving equality in education. From this point of view, the University of Kirkuk was keen on equal admission provided to students of both sexes in order to achieve justice in education for undergraduate and postgraduate studies. In addition, the vision of the University of Kirkuk with the rules of the Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research is to preserve the rights of everyone in all the areas to eliminate the gaps between the members of the Iraqi society. The rules in the Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research were intense to equalize the salaries of its employees in a manner commensurate with the general capabilities without discrimination between the two genders, and the University was keen on equal acceptance rates for students for postgraduate studies in all public disciplines without considering gender type.
