The Women’s Empowerment Unit organizes a symposium on the honorable future of women’s empowerment and its role in educational institutions on International Women's Day

The Women’s Empowerment Unit at the College of Agriculture, University of Kirkuk, organizes a symposium on the honorable future of women’s empowerment and its role in educational institutions, in the presence of the Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Osama Ibrahim Ahmed, and the women’s staff at the college.

Mrs. Sheh and Bu Omar Ali, responsible for the women’s empowerment unit at the college, explained that on the occasion of International Women’s Day, a symposium was organized on women and their role in educational institutions, to demonstrate the extent of their importance, whether they are in the workplace in educational institutions or at home, as the woman is the mother, and she is the educator. It also works in all other fields and endures all the difficulties of life, in addition to its duties in raising and preparing the future generation to be the builders of this nation.

The symposium included three lectures, the first by Dr. Osamah Ibrahim Ahmed, the second by Asst. Lect. Shahad Jumaa Mohammed, and the third by Ms. Shobo Omar Ali, through which they emphasized activating the role of women in all government institutions by assigning positions to women, so that they can take their true role in society.
