The College of Agriculture organizes a workshop on the mechanism for implementing program accreditation standards for colleges of agriculture.

Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Agriculture, University of Kirkuk, Assistant Professor Dr. Osama Ibrahim Ahmed, and under the supervision of the Director of the Quality Assurance Division, Dr. Ahmed Essam Daoud, a workshop was organized in the college on the mechanism for implementing programmatic accreditation standards for colleges of agriculture, in the presence of the heads and rapporteurs of the scientific departments. The workshop, which was organized over three days, included lectures delivered by two teachers from the College of Agriculture, members of the national evaluators team, Professor Dr. Ammar Qahtan Shanoun Al-Awsi, and Assistant Professor Dr. Khattab Abdullah Muhammad, in which they explained the accreditation standards for the academic program, which included nine standards, the first standard being objectives. The educational program, the second standard: students, the third standard: learning outcomes, the fourth standard: continuous improvement of the academic program, the fifth standard: curricula, the sixth standard: faculty members and supporting staff, the seventh standard: resources and learning environment, the eighth standard: leadership and institutional support, and the ninth standard: community service.accreditation workshop3
