A lecturer at the College of Agriculture lectures in a field observation on the optimal method and timing of fertilizer use according to the growth stages of yellow corn

The lecturer at the College of Agriculture, University of Kirkuk, Dr. Abbas Abdullah Taha, participated as a lecturer in the field observation organized by the Agricultural Guidance and Training Center in Kirkuk, at the Daquq Guidance Farm affiliated with the center on the optimal method and dates for using fertilizers according to the stages of yellow corn growth during irrigation systems, with the attendance and participation of a number of farmers. The lecturer explained that he addressed, through his lecture, theoretically and practically, several axes through which he explained the importance of the yellow corn crop, agricultural management operations, stages of development of the yellow corn crop, methods and dates for adding fertilizers to the crop, determining the quantities of fertilizers according to agricultural recommendations, and the necessity of using modern technology to increase the benefit from added fertilizers, the type of fertilizers used and their mineral content.
