The lecturer at the College of Agriculture, Dr. Wael Fahmi Abdel Rahman, lectured in the field observation organized by the Agricultural Extension and Training Center in Kirkuk, in cooperation with the Kirkuk Agriculture Directorate, on the Taza extension farm, on the optimal use of modern irrigation systems and their impact on rationalizing water consumption, in the presence and participation of a number of farmers.
