A Lecturer at the College of Agriculture participates in a consultative meeting on the National Adaptation Plan (NAP).

The lecturer at the College of Agriculture, Kirkuk University, Department of Horticulture and Gardens Engineering, Assistant Professor Dr. Metin Yilmaz Ezzedine, participated in the consultative meeting organized by the Department of Environmental Protection and Improvement in the Northern Region, Kirkuk Environment Directorate - Ministry of Environment, about the National Adaptation Plan (NAP).

Dr. Metin explained, “The meeting aimed to discuss the targeted sectors within the National Adaptation Plan, which are the water resources sectors, the agriculture sector, the land use sector, the livelihoods sector, the health sector, the transportation sector, and the energy sector, to support adaptation options within the National Adaptation Plan (NAP) to confront climate change, and to come up with recommendations and outputs that would To serve the national adaptation plan".
