Assistant Professor Dr. Adnan Shakour Ahmed, a faculty member at the College of Agriculture, University of Kirkuk, has been selected as a scientific reviewer for a research paper in an Egyptian scientific journal indexed in Scopus.
The faculty member explained that the reviewed study is titled “Physicochemical Properties, Sensory Characteristics, Fatty Acid Composition, and Lipid Health Indices of Air-Dried Meat Produced from Beef, Buffalo, and Camel.”
He added that the study is considered important for public health, as it evaluates the nutritional quality and lipid health indices of air-dried meat products, which are widely consumed as long-lasting sources of protein.
