A faculty member from the College of Agriculture at the University of Kirkuk, Dr. Yassin Ubaid Nouri, in cooperation with researchers from the Universities of Tikrit and Samarra, has published a scientific research paper in an Indonesian journal.
Dr. Nouri explained that the research investigates the effect of different foliar spray concentrations of glutamic acid on growth traits, yield, and its components in two genetic cultivars of Roselle (Hibiscus sabdariffa L.).
He added that the study aims to compare the two cultivars in terms of productivity, identify the optimal concentration of glutamic acid that results in the best growth and yield characteristics, and determine the best interaction combination between the study factors to achieve improved vegetative growth and yield performance.
