The College of Pharmacy hosts an awareness seminar entitled (Early Detection of Breast Cancer)

The College of Pharmacy hosted an awareness seminar held by the Presidency of Kirkuk University through the Continuing Education Division entitled (Early Detection of Breast Cancer) on Tuesday 3/19/2024.

The seminar included a lecture by Dr. Iman Abbas Zainal in which she explained the basic elements in diagnosing breast cancer and identifying the available means for early detection and its symptoms and explaining the available therapeutic methods for treatment.

An explanatory video about the disease was also presented by a group of third-year female students of the College of Medicine, in which they explained the importance of reviewing specialized centers for early screening for breast cancer.
