Kirkuk University College of Engineering Council Meeting

The College of Engineering Council held its regular session headed by the Dean, Prof. Dr. Jeleng Akram Omar, and attended by all members of the Council.

During the session, the university president's directives regarding the preservation of public property, promoting a culture of cleanliness within the colleges, and the importance of carefully selecting graduation projects in line with the needs of the labor market were discussed. The necessity of adhering to the uniform and official working hours was also emphasized, in addition to reviewing the civil defense procedures to ensure safety within the university campus.

The Council Chairwoman also stressed the need to follow up on the performance of employees to ensure the efficient running of administrative and academic work.

In addition, the Council discussed a number of issues, most notably:

1. Calculating certificates for new appointees to ensure justice and optimal utilization of academic and administrative cadres.

2. Extension requests for graduate students in the Department of Civil Engineering, taking into account the academic and administrative conditions that ensure the efficient completion of their research projects.
