The College of Engineering Organizes an Awareness Seminar on Cyber Addiction for Female Dormitory Students

As part of the Counseling Week activities, the Psychological Counseling Division at the College of Engineering, University of Kirkuk, in coordination with the Social Research Division, organized an awareness seminar titled "Cyber Addiction and its Dangers" for female students at the Al-Zuhour Residential Complex.

The seminar addressed the concept and causes of cyber addiction, as well as its negative impacts on mental health, academic achievement, and social relationships, while emphasizing the importance of a balanced use of modern technologies and positive time management.

The Head of the Psychological Counseling Division, Ms. Saba Fadhil Ahmed, stated that these activities contribute to supporting students psychologically and enhancing digital awareness, as part of the college's programs aimed at improving the university environment and supporting academic success.
