Assistant Professor Dr. Mustafa Mohammed Omar, a faculty member at the College of Agriculture, University of Kirkuk, participated as a member of a ministerial committee tasked with evaluating the establishment of a Master’s program in Food Science within the Department of Food Science at the College of Agriculture, University of Anbar.
Dr. Mustafa explained that the committee conducted a field visit to the department’s facilities to assess the availability of material and human resources, and to verify that all academic requirements and standards for launching the program are met, in accordance with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research regulations for postgraduate studies No. (26) of 1990.
He added that the visit focused on evaluating the department’s readiness to host postgraduate students by ensuring the availability of a comprehensive educational and research environment that aligns with both local and international academic standards.
