The Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Osama Ibrahim Ahmed, explained that in implementation of the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to make universities productive and supply local markets with products at subsidized prices, the Animal Production Department at the College, within research projects for graduation of fourth-year students, began introducing a new meal. From broiler chickens to the poultry breeding hall in the agricultural research and experimentation station, for educational and training purposes for students on the one hand, and for production purposes on the other hand, out of belief in the role of the university and college in society by providing and supporting local products in local markets.
For educational and production purposes, a new batch of broiler chickens enters the poultry breeding hall in the Agricultural Research and Experiments Station of the College of Agriculture.
