The Dean of the College of Pharmacy participates in the memorial vigil to commemorate the Day of the Turkmen Martyr

The Dean of the College of Pharmacy, Assistant Professor Dr. Nashwan Omar Rashid, representing the President of the University of Kirkuk, attended on Wednesday morning, January 17, 2024, the central memorial ceremony held on the occasion of the 44th anniversary of the Day of the Turkmen Martyr, which falls on (January 16, 1980), which was held by the College of Education for Humanities. at Kirkuk University. The honorable deans of the Faculty of Humanities Education, Engineering, Management, Economics and Law participated in the ceremonies, as well as a large number of Turkmen academics.

The memorial service included a recitation of verses from the Holy Quran, followed by a minute of silence and the reading of Surat Al-Fatihah for the souls of all the Turkmen martyrs, followed by speeches by some students and professors who praised the Turkmen martyrs and their combative role in the Turkmen nationalist cause, who sacrificed precious and precious things in order to raise the word of truth over falsehood. And obtain the rights of the Turkmen people.
