The Talented and Creative Association honors the Director of the Postgraduate Studies Division at the College of Agriculture.

From the principle of honoring the Iraqi elites and creative personalities, the head of the Talented and Creative Association, General Headquarters, Kirkuk Branch, Mr. Idris Muhammad Nouri Al-Jabbari and his accompanying delegation, honored the Director of the Graduate Studies Division at the College of Agriculture, Assistant Professor Dr. Muhammad Abdel Aziz Latif.

Latif explained that his honor came in appreciation of his tireless efforts in serving the scientific process in Kirkuk Governorate.
